Ham And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. fully cooked ham, julienned
2 tsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
hot cooked noodles
chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation

In skillet over medium heat, saute onion in oleo until tender. Add ham; cook and stir until heated through.
Sprinkle with flour and stir for 1 minute.
Turn heat on low, gradually stir in sour cream.
Add the mushrooms; cook and stir until thickened for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve over hot cooked noodles and garnish with parsley.
Makes about 6 servings.
