Hot Crabmeat Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked (or use fresh)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 slices bread
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In
    small
    bowl
    mix first 5 ingredients.
    Toast bread; trim off crusts and cut into squares.
    Arrange on cookie sheet and top with about 1 teaspoon crab mixture.
    Spread evenly and sprinkle with cheese.
    Broil 5 or 6 inches from heat for 2 or 3 minutes, until bubbly.
