Crab-Chestnut Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 can crabmeat
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
dash of garlic salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
mayo to fold in
1 (10 oz.) can flaky buttermilk biscuits
Preparation

Mix cheese, chestnuts, crabmeat and green onion together.
Add garlic and curry powder.
Fold in enough mayo to moisten mixture. Split each biscuit into thirds and place on cookie sheet.
Spread 1 heaping tablespoonful of crab mixture on each biscuit.
Bake 10 minutes.
