Oatmeal Fudge Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick Parkay margarine
1/2 c. Jif (reduced fat) peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa and salt.
Stir well, then add milk and margarine.
Cook until it clings to sides of saucepan.
Remove from heat, then add peanut butter, vanilla and oats.
Mix until peanut butter melts.
Place newspaper covered with waxed paper onto countertop.
Dip by tablespoons onto wax paper.
Makes 12 cookies, then go over the 12 cookies until you have used all the mixture. Let cool and place cookies onto platter.
