Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 lb. chicken liver
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 drops hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    chopped hard-boiled eggs
    chives
    snipped parsley
    tomatoes, peeled and cored
    1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
    6 tsp. cumin powder
    2 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together and boil 10 minutes.
    Put in pint or 1/2 pint jars.
    If mixture is hot, jars will seal.
    If you get a lot of juice, strain and put in separate jar.
    Makes good Bloody Mary mix.
    Makes 5 quarts.
