Cauliflower And Cream Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 box cream cheese
    milk
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 head cauliflower (large)
Preparation
    Clean and cut up into bite-size pieces the cauliflower. Microwave.
    In skillet, melt 1/2 stick margarine.
    Stir in 3 heaping tablespoonfuls flour.
    Add liquified cream cheese (adding milk with mixture).
    Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
    Keep adding milk to gravy consistency.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over cooked cauliflower.
