Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 lb. ground meat
    1 1/2 lb. fat
    3 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. sage
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Put in the refrigerator overnight.
    Ready to eat or freeze.
    Make patties or balls.
