Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small pumpkin
    2 qt. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    3 c. hot milk
    hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cut pumpkin into chunks and remove seeds and fiber.
    Pare off any bumpy outer skin.
    Cook in water until tender.
    Drain; put through sieve.
