Smooth Creamy Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or grease from chicken, etc.
3 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk

Preparation

Melt butter or any grease you are using.
Add flour to hot grease.
Mix with spoon.
Add mix and stir continuously with spatula.
Add or decrease milk to your preference.
