Chocolate Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Blend in chocolate and vanilla.
    Add mixture of flour and soda alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition.
    Mix in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 4 x 8-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
