Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/4 to 4 3/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    raisins
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast.
    Heat milk, sugar and butter until melted (warm not hot).
    Add milk mixture to flour and eggs.
    Beat with electric mixer 30 seconds; scrape sides, then high speed 3 minutes.
    Add remaining flour (soft dough).
    Knead on floured board until smooth, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Put in lightly greased bowl.
    Cover; let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Shape to form 2 balls.
    Cover; rest 10 minutes.
