Bourbon Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. bourbon
    7 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine butter, bourbon and milk.
    Add sugar and knead until mixture is blended and does not stick to hands.
    Knead in pecans. Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; freeze.
    Dip each ball of candy into melted chocolate pieces.
    Place on wax paper to cool.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Yield: 6 dozen.
