Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. pimiento
1 small can diced chilli pepper
1/4 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) corn
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake at 375\u00b0 in greased 9 x 13-inch.
