Turkey Meatballs With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. bran cereal
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon peel, finely grated
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small carrot, finely shredded
    1 green onion, sliced
Preparation
    Combine egg, cereal, Worcestershire sauce and lemon peel.
    Add the turkey and mix well.
    Shape into 8 balls.
    In a 10-inch pan, brown the meatballs on all sides in hot oil; drain off the oil. Add broth.
    Transfer the meatballs to a serving dish and cover to keep warm.
    Reserve the broth in the pan.
