Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
4 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 egg whites
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream
sugar
and oil; add flour gradually with pineapple, egg
yolks,
water, cinnamon
and nuts.
Beat egg whites until stiff
and fold in mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes in greased and floured Bundt pan.
