Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/3 sticks margarine
    2 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook carrots and onion until tender; drain.
    Melt margarine and cheese.
    Mix carrot mixture, cheese and parsley.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with crushed chips.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until golden in color.
