Chicken In The Grass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 pieces Fri Chik
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 green peppers
    4 onions
    16 oz. spinach noodles
    8 canned artichoke hearts (reserve liquid)
    1 small can button mushrooms (reserve liquid)
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oil in frypan over medium heat.
    Cut peppers and onions into strips.
    Add garlic, peppers and onions to frypan and saute until barely tender.
    Cook noodles
    until just tender.
    Line deep casserole with double thickness of foil.
    Spread noodles over bottom of the casserole.
    Place Fri Chik on noodles.
    Cover Fri Chik and noodles with peppers, onions, artichoke hearts and mushrooms.
    Add reserved juices.
    Cover with foil and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Remove top foil and spread sour cream over casserole.
    Bake an additional 10 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
