Asparagus With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook asparagus according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well.
    Place in a serving dish.
    Combine egg and cornstarch, stirring to blend. Melt margarine over low heat in a small skillet. Add egg mixture.
    Stir in lemon juice. Continue to cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Pour over asparagus and sprinkle with lemon rind.

    1 vegetable/1/2 cup.
