Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    12 oz. cooked turkey sausage
    3 oz. Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet.
    Saute vegetables until softened.
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl; stir to combine. Pour into a 9 or 10-inch quiche or pie pan which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
