Hamburger Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. lamb
1 egg
1 slice bread, pulled into small pieces
1 medium onion, diced
salt
pepper
small amount garlic salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and shape into large patty.
Fry in skillet as you would a hamburger.
