Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks and lemon juice in a blender.
    Bring margarine to a bubbling boil and pour into egg yolk mixture while blender is running.
    (The secret to success is pouring slowly.)
