Chili Chuck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless roast
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. bell peppers
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 can Campbell chili beef soup
    rice
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips; sprinkle with flour.
    Brown; pour off fat.
    Add tomatoes, water, onion and chili powder.
    Cover on low heat for 1 hour.
    Add soup and green peppers.
    Cook 1/2 hour, covered.
    Pour over rice and serve hot.
