Oven Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up fryer, plus, well seasoned (I use 12 pieces)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. wine
    4 oz. can mushrooms and liquid
    2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    chopped celery, onions and mild peppers
Preparation
    Combine soup, wine, mushrooms, Kitchen Bouquet, celery, onions and peppers.
    Mix all ingredients well and put into Dutch oven or 5-quart Corning dish.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Stir about half-way.
