Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    2 sticks margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. warm water (110~)
    2 pkg. yeast
    6 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and let cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add eggs, dissolved yeast and 4 cups bread flour to cooled mixture.
    Beat well with mixer until smooth.
    Add remaining 2 cups of bread flour and beat with a large spoon. Leave dough in an airtight bowl in refrigerator overnight or longer, if you wish.
