Chicken Almond Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 bag potato chips
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Remove skin and bones.
Cut in small pieces.
Place in buttered 3-quart casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Crumble chips and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
