Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed carrots
3 eggs, beaten into carrots
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg or mace
raisins, nuts, coconut (optional additions)
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 followed for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
