Hot Dungeness Crab Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. Dungeness crabmeat
    1 small onion, sliced paper thin into quarters
    14 oz. can artichoke hearts
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
    parsley, minced
Preparation
    Chop artichoke hearts into 1/4-inch pieces; drain well.
    Drain crab well.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Place in an oven-safe, shallow baking dish.
    Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature is 140\u00b0.
    Garnish with minced parsley.
    Serve with assorted breads.
