Sugar-Free Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. commercially prepared coleslaw mix
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine coleslaw mix, onions, celery and garlic in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients except raisins and pour over vegetables; toss well.
    Stir in raisins.
    Chill several hours before serving.
    Yields 4 cups.
    Contains 41 calories per serving.
