Barbecued Beef For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    5 green peppers, chopped
    5 onions, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) bottles catsup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. mustard
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions, green peppers and celery until onions are transparent.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 1 hour or more at low temperature.
    Serve on split hamburger buns. Serves 50.
