Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cheese
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    6 to 8 pieces fried bacon
    1 jar mushrooms
    1 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Cut French bread into medium size slices and layer them in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
    Brown sausage and drain excess grease.
    Beat eggs and add milk and mix.
    Fold in mushrooms. Pour 1/2 egg mixture over bread.
    Spoon 1/2 sausage on top of this, then sprinkle cheese.
    Sprinkle crumbed bacon over this.
    Layer again in same order.
    Let sit overnight or at least 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator so that the bread soaks up the egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
