Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 large head cabbage
 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. oats
1 c. milk
2 tsp. Crisco oil
1 can tomato soup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
- 
                            Dip cabbage leaves in hot water. Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, oats and milk. Mix well. Place a small amount of meat mixture into a cabbage leaf and roll up. Place oil in a large pan and place cabbage rolls in pan. Mix tomato soup, brown sugar and water. Pour over cabbage rolls and cook until meat is done and cabbage is tender.
