Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (butter pecan)
    4 eggs
    1 large Pet milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 c. milk
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat or blend pudding, eggs, Pet milk, sugar, salt and vanilla about 5 minutes.
    Add milk.
    In skillet, brown margarine and chopped pecans.
    Add to other mixture.
    Freeze.
    Makes 1 gallon.
