Norwegian Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef broth
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    fresh dill
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix milk and 1/4 cup of the cornstarch until well blended.
    Add meat, onion, salt, nutmeg, pepper and egg; mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes, then shape into 1-inch balls.
    In skillet over medium heat, heat oil until hot.
    Cook meat balls, 1/2 at a time, until browned (8 to 10 minutes).
    Remove and drain on paper towels.
    Pour off all but 1/4 of the drippings, adding oil if needed to make 1/4 cup.
