Mandarin Orange Molded Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 c. whipped topping
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Chill until thickened but not set.
Fold in whipped topping and orange segments. Pour into lightly oiled 1-quart mold.
Chill until firm. Unmold.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
