Cooked Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison steak
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    seasoned salt
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    2 to 4 cans beefy mushroom soup
    2 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown venison with sliced onion and bell pepper. Add water (not oil or grease).
    Brown meat, onion and pepper in covered skillet until all water is evaporated.
    Seasoned salt to taste.
    Dump mixture into crock-pot.
    Pour in 2 to 4 cans of beefy mushroom soup, brown gravy mix and 1 cup water and cover crock-pot.
    Cook on medium about 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Use cornstarch to thicken if needed.
