Quick - Easy Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh skinned peaches
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine fresh peaches and 3/4 cup sugar; let stand for 20 minutes, or you can use a can of peaches, but drain them a little. Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart (or larger) baking dish in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Sift together remaining sugar, flour and baking powder and add milk.
Stir briskly.
Lumps will remain.
Pour into baking dish of melted butter.
Top with peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
