Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. egg roll wraps (purchase in fresh produce department)
1 Tbsp. oil
chicken pieces, tender sirloin or pork
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 pkg. Oriental vegetables (frozen), thawed
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. oil
Chinese noodles
lettuce salad
Preparation

Put 1 tablespoon oil in skillet; heat to medium-high heat. Cook meat on medium-high for a few minutes.
Add onion, green pepper and Oriental vegetables to meat in skillet after the meat has cooked about 4 minutes.
Stir often.
Add soy sauce.
