Pork Chops Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops (1/2-inch or more thick)
1 egg, slightly beaten
seasoned bread crumbs
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 can water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
5 or 6 generous shakes Tabasco sauce
crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Dry chops.
Dip in egg and coat with crumbs.
Gently saute in oil or hot fat.
In saucepan combine remaining ingredients except corn flakes.
Heat almost to a boil. Pour some sauce in baking dish.
Put chops in dish and cover with remaining sauce.
Bake covered for 1 hour.
Remove cover.
Top with corn flakes.
Spoon sauce over all.
Bake uncovered approximately 15 minutes.
