Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up
salted water
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. thinly sliced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook broccoli in salted water until tender.
Drain.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine next 7 ingredients and spread over top.
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Stir in crumbs. Spread over top.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes until browned and hot.
Serves 6.
