Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms, drained and chopped (reserve juice to add with soup)
    5 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. toasted, chopped almonds
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in melted butter until tender.
    Stir in mushroom soup and juice; mix well.
    Add cheese, mushrooms and almonds.
    Mix with rice and put in buttered casserole.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
