Melon Balls With Lime Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    juice and grated peel of lime (one)
    2 c. watermelon balls or cubes
    2 c. cantaloupe balls or cubes
    2 c. honeydew balls or cubes
Preparation
    Blend water, sugar and juice and grated peel of lime in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour sauce over fruit and toss to coat.
    Chill 4 hours. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
