Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Mix until blended.
    Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full.
    Combine softened cheese, egg and sugar until fluffy.
    Drop a large spoonful on top of each cupcake.
    Add about 10 chocolate chips to each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Makes about 20.
