Peach Refrigerator Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole graham crackers
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. cream, whipped
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. canned peaches, diced and well drained
Preparation
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Cream butter and powdered sugar.
    Add eggs and salt.
    Beat well and spread evenly over crackers.
    Top with another layer of crackers.
    Combine whipped cream, sugar, vanilla and peaches. Spread over second layer of crackers.
    Crush a few crackers and sprinkle over top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
