Cheese Muffins(Fargozas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cheeses, shredded (Mozzarella, Cheddar or Monterey Jack; mix your favorites!)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 small diced onion
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. fresh, crushed garlic
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients in bowl.
In separate bowl, beat egg with butter and stir in milk.
Pour into flour mixture.
Stir just to moisten ingredients, adding cheeses, garlic and onion.
Batter will look lumpy.
Grease muffin tray; fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen.
