Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
6 to 8 graham crackers
7/8 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
30 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 large egg
1/2 c. heavy cream
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Butter sides and bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan.
Crush graham crackers and coat bottom with crumbs.
Refrigerate pan until ready to use.
