Southwestern Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. lime juice
2 Tbsp. tequila
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/3 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour over peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp of soft-shell crab and refrigerate 2 hours before grilling. Or brush on shrimp or soft-shell crab while grilling.
