Graham Cracker Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) lemon Jell-O
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 large can milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. graham crackers
Preparation
    In a shallow pan, put the can of milk and put in freezer and let freeze until edges begin to crystalize.
    While milk is freezing, crush package of graham crackers, 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons butter and mix.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Save some mix to sprinkle on top.
    Mix lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water and let stand to cool at room temperature.
    Beat milk until whipped.
    Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar and add to whipped milk.
    Slowly add Jell-O mixture.
    Pour over graham cracker mix. Let it get firm in refrigerator.
    Then serve.
