Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29-oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    5 slices white bread
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Place peaches in baking dish (8x8 or larger).
    Trim crust from bread and cut each slice into 5 strips.
    Place strips over peaches.
    Mix remaining sugar, flour, egg and oleo.
    Blend well and pour over bread strips.
    Bake 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
