Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Measure water into medium saucepan.
    Cut butter into pieces and add to water.
    Heat until butter melts and water boils.
    Add flour all at once.
    Stir quickly until mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan.
    Be sure not to overcook.
    The mixture should not look greasy.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg.
    Shape puffs onto cookie sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 25 minutes.
    Prick with knife and let stand in oven for 5 more minutes.
    Makes 16 medium puffs.
    Large puffs (8) should cook a total of 50 minutes.
    Small puffs (3 dozen) bake 20 minutes total.
