Banana Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. banana yogurt
    1 large or 2 small very ripe bananas (mashed)
    3/4 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix the yogurt and bananas.
    Mix oil and sugar thoroughly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Stir in baking soda.
    Fold in half the flour, then half the yogurt and banana mixture.
    Repeat. Fold in the pecans.
    Grease muffin cups or use foil or paper cups. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
    Bake about 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
    Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before removing from pan.
    Delicious warm or cool!
